Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) -
PMJJBY is an insurance scheme offering life insurance cover
for death due to any reason. It is a one-year cover,
renewable from year to year. The scheme is offered /
administered through LIC. It is a low-premium life insurance
plan providing 2 lakh cover.
Policy:
Risk cover is for one year, renewable from year to year,
every year the Policy is renewed in the Month of May wherein
balance in the account has to be maintained for Auto Renewal
of policy for the next Policy Year.
